Sample of filling in the complaint about the decision to refuse registration of the TI / CC

In case of a decision by the SFS Commission to refuse to register a tax invoice / calculation of the correction in the URTI, such a decision may be appealed within 10 calendar days administratively.


To do this a taxpayer sends to the SFS a complaint to the decision of the commissions that decide to register the tax invoice / calculation of the correction in the Unified Register of Tax Invoices or to refuse such registration (hereinafter referred to as the "Complaint") to the SFS of the relevant decision within the specified term from the date of entry into force of the corresponding decision.

At the same time, the Complaint is sent in the form, the ID of which is placed on the official web-portal of the SFS at the address: «Home» / «Electronic Reporting» / «Electronic Payers» / «Information and Analytical Support» / «Register of forms of electronic documents». Documents are submitted to the Complaint about the confirmation of the reality of transactions for refused tax invoices / adjustments calculations.

Each document attached to the Complaint is sent by a separate application in pdf format and must have a size not more than 2 megabytes.

In case of recall of the Complaint to the decision of the SFS Commission on complaints handling, the taxpayer has the right to file an application for refusal of the complaint filed.
