According to the provisions of the resolution, the parties to the agreement (contract) must submit to the registering body for notification the copy of the agreement (contract) together with annexes and a cover letter in the form of:

- either the original paper document with stitched and numbered pages;
- or as an original electronic document with associated qualified electronic signatures;
- or in the form of an electronic copy of the original paper document (photocopy) certified by a qualified electronic seal.

The parties to the agreement shall also submit copies of certificates attesting to the representativeness of the subjects of the trade union side and of the employers who participated in the collective bargaining on the conclusion of this agreement.

The parties that reached an agreement on the submission of the list of enterprises, institutions and organizations to which the provisions of this agreement are binding on the registering body, may submit the said list to the registering body.

It is envisaged that the registering authority may not refuse to register the agreement, contract, return for revision, request additional documents and set requirements for their execution.

Notification registration is carried out within 14 working days from the day following the receipt of the agreement (contract) to the registering body.
