We remind you that from July 1, 2019, the Law of Ukraine dated November 23, 2019 No. 2629-VIII "On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2019" establishes the following indicators of the subsistence minimum:

The Cabinet introduced changes to the procedure for payment of fees for the preparation for state registration of copyright and contracts relating to the rights of the author to the work.

The request from the supervising body, which was signed by the state inspector of the audit department, was invited to provide the following documents to the audit: proper copies of the primary documents confirming the formation of the cost price of the manufactured product and subsequently sold to the buyers; material reports for each financially responsible person; calculation of the cost of production, indicated in the costumes for the production of products; expense and tax invoices; contracts; outfits manufactured goods; order logs for a number of accounting accounts.

During the audit of the business entity, the Labor Inspectorate found that on the day the employee was dismissed, the company did not make a final settlement with him. After charging from the employee compensation for 17 unused days of annual leave, salary for the month and indexation, the company manager kept the funds in the calculation for the laptop in accordance with the agreement between them to provide interest-free loan.

Due to the departure from Ukraine, a person for the storage and care of his car provided a notarized power of attorney for the right to drive a vehicle and commit all of the not prohibited by law to another person (representative).
