The document, in particular, amended paragraph 15 of the Procedure for state registration (re-registration), registration of cars, buses, as well as self-propelled cars, designed on the chassis of cars, motorcycles of all types, brands and models, trailers, semitrailers, motorcycles, other equated to their vehicles and mopeds, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 7, 1998, No. 1388.

From now on, after registration in the electronic queue, citizens will receive these services exclusively at the administrator of the service center, without the need to go for an expert review, - the press service of the MSC of the Ministry of Internal Affairs explained.

In addition, the decree changed the procedure for transferring the right of management or disposal of vehicles to another person. For cars registered after January 1, 2013, the owner can apply for a temporary registration card for the right to manage another person, online through the official website of the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Also, the document provides the free provision of information from the Register of the right users of vehicles on request. The information refers to information on the surname, name, patronymic (if any), date of birth of the proper user (or the name of the legal entity, its identification code in the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine), the series and number issued to the proper user of the temporary registration card. Previously, on request, only data on the  model of vehicles, year of their issue, engine volume (engine power) and date of state registration was available.
