How to report on significant changes in property status?

The Department for the Prevention and Detection of Corruption of the structural unit of the Main Territorial Department of Justice in Lviv Oblast described the peculiarities of submitting a notice of significant changes in the property situation.

Yes, for frequent 2 of Article 52 of the Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption", in the event of a substantial change in the property status of the subject of the declaration, namely the receipt of income, the acquisition of property for an amount that exceeds the 50 subsistence minimum established for able-bodied persons on January 1 of the corresponding year (we remind that according to the Law of Ukraine "On the State Budget for 2019" the subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons is UAH 1921, that is, UAH 1921 * 50  = UAH 96 050), the indicated subject within 10 days from the date of receipt income or acquisition of property is obliged The National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption shall be informed in writing.

Therefore, for example, when buying a car whose value exceeds UAH 96050, the employee is obliged to file a notice within the period stipulated by the Law on significant changes in the property status.

The said information shall be entered into the Unified State Register of Declarations of persons authorized to perform functions of the state or local self-government, and shall be made public on the official website of the National Agency.

At the same time, as it is emphasized in the Justice, there is no provision for changes in the notification of significant changes in the property status of the subject of the declaration.
