- online registration of LLC with the possibility of forming the required editorial revision of the model statute by selecting the appropriate items or using the editorial by default;
- possibility of simultaneous submission of application for application of the simplified taxation system;
- the possibility of simultaneous registration with the value added tax payer;
- for current LLC, working on the basis of their own editions of constituent documents, - the possibility of switching to work on the basis of a new model statute.
The e-service is implemented in the form of a step-by-step questionnaire with detailed tips and does not require scanning of documents, since for registration they are created automatically on the portal and must be certified by electronic signatures of all founders. Thus, registering a limited liability company based on the model statute can now be online in a few minutes and without complicated bureaucratic procedures.
The service for registration of LLC, acting on the basis of the model statute, will be presented by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine and the State Agency for E-Governance of Ukraine on July 9, 2019 at 15.00.
