The corresponding registration of RCO is based on the application. Such an application may be submitted through the private part (personal account) of the Electronic Cabinet using the electronic digital signature of any Accredited Key Certification Center.

In the "Reporting" menu, you must select the required application form: fill it in, sign it and send it.

Confirmation of filing an application to the fiscal service is to receive the first receipt electronically, in which the date and time of filing an application are fixed. Information about the results of consideration of the application is sent electronically in the second receipt. You can view the submitted application in the Inbox / Output tab.
