The updated procedure for submitting information to tax authorities is put into effect
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine changed the procedure for submitting information to the bodies of the State Tax Service. This is envisaged by Government Decree No. 61 of January 29, 2020, which came into force on February 8.
The order of access to registers has been changed
On February 8, the Ministry of Justice's order dated 03.02.2020 No. 340/5 "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine", which approved the Procedure for ensuring access of persons authorized to carry out registration actions to the Unified and State registers, the creation and maintenance of which is within the competence of the department came into force.
From now on QES can be written on the ID-passport
Citizens of Ukraine who have an ID card are able to enter a qualified electronic signature (QES) on a contactless electronic carrier (chip) of an ID card.
Сourt fee can not be returned in case of rejection of the appeal
When the cassation proceedings are closed, no return of the court fee is provided.
The procedure for disclosing bank secrecy has changed
The NBU has led the procedure for keeping, protecting, using and disclosing bank secrecy in accordance with the norms of the legislation.
