Due to the introduction of new currency regulation from February 7 (more than 20 weakening in the foreign exchange market), the NBU has updated the Regulation on the conduct of cash transactions in the national currency in Ukraine.

Accordingly, since February 15, the restriction of cash settlements between business entities and individuals in the amount of more than 50 thousand UAH. does not apply to payments related to wages.

This means that from now on employers will be able to pay wages in excess of UAH 50 thousand in cash.

The Supreme Court, as part of the panel of judges of the Second Chamber of the Court of Cassation Civil Court, ordered "Ukrposhta" to bring the procedure for sending judicial letters by registered letters, in particular with regard to the notes on the reasons for their non-assignment, in accordance with the requirements of civil procedural law.

From now on, persons who intend to work as state registrars in the executive bodies of village, town and city councils, district and district administrations in the cities of Kyiv and Sevastopol (except for the transfer to the corresponding positions of persons who, at the time of the transfer, performed the functions of the state registrar), as well under labor agreements with accredited subjects of state registration, are required to pass a test for the determination of professional competence.

This is stipulated by the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of February 6, No. 78 on the dissemination of an experimental project on the organization of the determination of the professional competence of persons intending to perform the functions of the state registrar of rights to real estate and / or the state registrar of legal entities, natural persons-entrepreneurs and public formations, which came into force on February 14th.

An enterpreuer turned to the court, challenging the decision of the State Labor Law to impose a fine on him. He substantiated his position by saying that, during the inspection visit, the Inspector was not presented with a service certificate.

The local court found that the inspecting visit of the plaintiff was made on the basis of an anonymous communication from an unknown person of the defendant on the possible use of the work of unregistered persons.

The procedure of information interaction between the State Register of Real Property Rights and Real Estate, the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individuals - Entrepreneurs and Public Associations and the Unified State Registry of Court Decisions is determined. According to him, electronic copies of court decisions will be transferred to all three registries.
